  • Phone number(s), including business lines and, where applicable, mobile numbers.
  • Email address(es).
  • Account username and password (hashed for security where implemented).
  • Billing and payment information handled via PCI compliant processors such as Stripe.
  • NAP (Name, Address, Phone) information used for listing consistency and verification.
  • Business category, services offered, description, hours of operation, website URL, and social media links.
  • Logos, images, videos, and other marketing materials you upload.
  • Messages, support tickets, complaints, and other communications with us.

b. Automatically Collected Information

When you access our Services, we may automatically collect:

  • IP address and approximate geographic region.
  • Device type, operating system, browser type and version.
  • Unique device or browser identifiers.
  • Pages viewed, time on site, clickstream data, search queries, filters, and navigation paths.

  • Logos, images, and videos.
  • Reviews, ratings, and user generated content.

You are responsible for ensuring that any information you submit is accurate, current, and lawful, and that you have the necessary rights or licenses for any logos, images, or text you provide. By uploading content to your listing, you grant YPCA LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license to host, store, process, display, publish, modify for formatting, and promote that content in connection with the Services.

We, and our service providers, use cookies and similar technologies such as session cookies, persistent cookies, web beacons, pixels, tags, local storage objects, and similar mechanisms.
